4 Weeks to a Healthier Lifestyle

Nourishing your body properly is a perfect starting point for anyone looking to foster more joy and meaning in your life. When we begin editing our lives from the inside out, we’re better equipped mentally, physically, and spiritually to make other edits to our daily environments. 

We know that it can be difficult to embark on a new health journey alone, which is why we at Life Edit and Cravewell are teaming up to be your guides! Our program is designed to help you build sustainable habits that will leave you feeling full of life and in control. This 4 week, intention-packed course was carefully created with wellness expertise and a knack for helping you simplify your life without getting overwhelmed in the process. It will be fun and, most importantly, it will yield tangible results!

The class will start on September 5th, right after Labor day. Summer is almost over, kids are back in school, and the holidays are around the corner—it’s the perfect time to focus on YOUR health. Imagine having new tools and habits that will help you maintain your best, most energetic self before new year's resolutions! Get excited, recruit a friend, and change your life!

Why Health Edit Foundations?

Our goal is to help you achieve your ideal weight slowly and to make lifestyle changes that you can sustain long-term. We don’t believe in 5-day quick fixes, but in small changes over time that will make a real impact on your health. Our philosophy: plan your nutrition just like you plan other aspects of your life. To plan ahead is to plan for success. In Health Edit Foundations, you’ll learn how to create and sustain change, and you’ll have two excited coaches cheering for you along the way! Every participant will receive a custom meal plan, taking the stress out of shopping and cooking. We’re here to make sure you have the exact tools you need for success, because your wins are our wins, too!
