The class will start on September 5th, right after Labor day. Summer is almost over, kids are back in school, and the holidays are around the corner—it’s the perfect time to focus on YOUR health. Our goal is to help you achieve your ideal weight slowly and to make lifestyle changes that you can sustain long-term. To plan ahead is to plan for success. In Health Edit Foundations, you’ll learn how to create and sustain change, and you’ll have two excited coaches cheering for you along the way! Every participant will receive a custom meal plan, taking the stress out of shopping and cooking. We’re here to make sure you have the exact tools you need for success, because your wins are our wins, too!
